Für wen wäre ein Coaching bei mir unterstützend ?

Das habe ich mich auch lange Zeit gefragt… Ein Prozess der Klärung, auch der eigenen Weiterentwicklung hat mich in den letzten Jahren immer mal wieder mit dieser Frage konfrontiert. Wenn du jetzt eine ganz schnelle Antwort haben magst, dann springe zum vorletzten Abschnitt auf dieser Seite. Wenn du noch etwas mehr Zeit hast und auch mich bereits etwas kennenlernen magst, dann lese ganz entspannt weiter… Letztlich liegt die Antwort in meinem eigenen Weg, in meiner Biografie:

IMG_3746Meine Kindheit und frühe Jugend erlebte ich in Weimar, in der damaligen DDR. Ich wurde in eine Familie geboren, die mich lange Zeit sehr abglehnt hat, in der ich mit Gewalt und einem heftigen Familiengeheimnis, welches mich direkt betroffen hat, konfrontiert wurde. Mit 13 Jahren die Übersiedelung in die BRD – ein Schritt, der mich meiner Wurzeln komplett beraubt hat. Starke Schwierigkeiten hatte ich im ersten Jahr im „goldenen Westen“, überhaupt in einem neuen Leben anzukommen, welches geprägt war von Einsamkeit und von den Existenzängsten meiner Eltern, die bei Null und mit zwei Kindern im sonst kleinen Gepäck neu anfangen mussten. Ich selbst fand mich lange Zeit als Außenseiterin in der nun neuen Schule wieder, die mir zuvor in Weimar immer ein Zufluchtsort gewesen war. Der krasse Umbruch mitten in der identitästbildenden Phase, sprich meiner Pubertät. Hatte kaum Halt in dieser Phase. Es folgten in meinen frühen „Zwanziger Jahren“ ein relativ hoher Drogen- und Alkoholkonsum (Drogen vor allem Marihuana), um meine Erfahrungen aus Kindheit und Jugend und deren emotionale Auswirkungen zu betäuben. Einige destruktive Paarbeziehungen mit starken emotional abhängigen Mustern gehören auch zu meinem Erfahrungsschatz.

Mit diesem Erbe habe ich es dann doch recht gut geschafft, mir ein halbwegs normales Leben aufzubauen: Studium abgeschlossen, viel gereist, auch im Berufsleben angekommen, seit vielen Jahren keine Drogen mehr und nur sehr wenig Alkoholkonsum. Viele Jahre Therapie haben mich begleitet sowie viele, viele Selbsterfahrungs-Seminare.  Daneben konnte ich während der letzten 11 Jahre eine starke buddhistische und sprituelle Praxis entwickeln. Alles zusammen hat mich auf einen guten Weg der inneren Heilung gebracht. Auch mein Familiensystem hat davon profitiert. Heute pflege ich einen guten und regelmäßigen Kontakt zu meiner Mutter und zu meinem Stiefvater. Ich lebe endlich einfach mal alleine und bin glücklich und in einem inneren Frieden gelandet.

Das Hauptthema war und ist für mich rückblickend: Mich selbst zu lieben. Und mir selbst einen Wert zu geben – einfach nur als Mensch, weil ich da bin, weil ich lebe. Das, was mir am meisten in Kindheit und Jugend gefehlt hat – liebevolle Zuwendung, Anerkennung, zu wissen, dass ich in diese Familie gehöre und ich gut bin, so wie ich bin – all das habe ich mir auf einem langen Weg selbst erarbeitet, mit viel Disziplin, vielen Tränen und letztlich auch der Hoffnung, dass sich mein Leben zum Positiven entwickeln wird.

Und genau das möchte ich weitergeben, diese Erfahrungen, selbst einen steinigen Weg gegangen zu sein und zu wissen, wie sich Verzweiflung, emotionaler Schmerz, Eifersucht aber auch kindliche Freude und Neugier und Glücklich-sein anfühlen. Und welcher Weg, welche Methoden und Übungen mich wirklich unterstützt haben, bei mir anzukommen.


Ok, das war das Intro… hier jetzt endlich die Antwort auf die Frage aus der Überschrift…

Menschen, speziell Frauen, deren Selbswertgefühl eher gering ist, die sich selbst oft verurteilen, hart mit sich selbst und dadurch oft auch mit anderen Menschen umgehen. Oder sich aber aufopfern für andere, um letztlich Liebe und Anerkennung zu bekommen. Deren Beziehungen nicht besonders „rund“ verlaufen, von einem Ungleichgewicht geprägt sind, sich vielleicht sogar Abhängigkeitsstrukturen zeigen. Ein Stichwort wäre hier: Co-Abhängigkeit. Auch das Thema Kommunikation ist in meiner Arbeit ein wichtiger Aspekt.

Viele Situationen, egal ob im Job oder im privaten Bereich, akzeptieren wir, obwohl sie uns, unseren Werten, unseren Bedürfnissen und manchmal unserem ganzen Wesen wiedersprechen. Wir werden im schlimmsten Fall krank, wenn wir es nicht schaffen, aus destruktiven Beziehungen auszusteigen oder einen Job zu verlassen, der uns schon lange nicht mehr erfüllt oder ins Burn Out bringt.

Meiner Erfahrung nach liegen viele Probleme in zwei wichtigen Aspekten begründet: ANGST VOR NÄHE (also wahrer intimer Nähe, selbst in Freundschaften beobachte ich oft, wie wenig wirkliche Nähe gelebt wird). Was oft darauf basiert, und da sind wir beim zweiten Aspekt, dass WIR UNS SELBST NICHT WIRKLICH LIEBEN – so, wie wir sind, mit allen Seiten, unserem Licht und unserem Schatten. Und daraus ergibt sich ein Versteckspiel, zeigen wir uns so oft nicht, wie wir wirklich sind, aus Angst, die Anerkennung und Zuwendung von anderen Menschen entzogen zu bekommen, weil wir uns diese nicht selbst schenken.

Mein Coachingangebot wendet sich also an Frauen, die sich gerne ein stärkeres Selbswertgefühl erarbeiten wollen, die die Fähigkeit entwickeln möchten, sich selbst mehr oder überhaupt zu lieben. Frauen, die mit Angst vor Nähe in zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen zu kämpfen haben und gewissermaßen auch auf der Flucht vor verbindlichen Beziehungen sind, entsprechende Partner anziehen, die keine Verbindlichkeit eingehen.

Letztlich spiegelt uns unsere Außenwelt sehr präzise, was in unserem Innen wirklich los ist. Welchen Gaubenssätzen wir folgen, welche Schattenseiten in uns sind, aber auch, wonach wir uns sehnen, was wir gerne in unserem Leben verwirklichen möchten.

Taste the love, add lots of vegetables, eat locally grown (both grew much of their own) taste the love. my whole life, I know southern food. I know that when supplies are low, I can still make something wonderful. Biscuits aren just for supper. They are also dessert. Open a hot biscuit and pour Black Strap Molasses onto it. Oh my goodness. My Grandmother would use leftover biscuits for her onions. She would cut a thick slice of onion and put it between the biscuits, wrap it in wax paper and go fishing. Usually several starches and vegetables, bread and sliced tomatoes and spring onions. And dessert. I love my southerness and my food. Even my Yankee husband can resist a bowl of butter beans cooked with a thick slab of fatback, porkchops and collard greens cooked with fatback too. Along with chow chow and a bottle of hot vinegar with Tabasco peppers in it to shake on top of the greens. And of course cornbread made in a cast iron skillet. School lunch? A cold baked potato and a tomato from the vine carried in a one gallon paint can. Assume we were poor, but so was everyone else.
